Ronald E. Abiera

I grew up in Oxnard, CA. I served nearly 10 years in the US Army, most recently as a tank officer. I graduated from UCLA earning my degree in Psychobiology. After leaving the military in 2004, I made Las Vegas my home. My wife and I have 3 daughters and are expecting daughter #4!!!

Since moving to Las Vegas, I started my real estate career selling new homes for Pulte/Del Webb Homes. Now with Prudential Americana Group, REALTORS®, I specialize in foreclosures and short sales. My clients include first-time home buyers, move-up buyers/sellers, investors and customers relocating to Las Vegas and Henderson. I hold a Certified Short Sale Professional Designation so I have the expertise and experience negotiating with banks to help my clients with their individual needs. My mission is to provide professional and personal service to all of my clients and to be a lifelong asset for all of their real estate needs.

Armi A. Abiera

I grew up in Pomona, CA and graduated from UC Irvine. My passions in performing and musical theater have allowed me to travel the world and perform in The King and I in London, Beauty and the Beast and Miss Saigon in Germany and most recently Mamma Mia! Las Vegas. Since moving to Las Vegas in 2003, I have embraced our community and delightfully chose Las Vegas to be the place to raise our family. I find extreme pleasure in helping friends, family and all of our clients to find the right home at a great value. I am also well-experienced with negotiating short sales which allows me to offer alternatives to foreclosure for our clients . I hold a Certified Distressed Property Expert designation so whether buying or selling a home, I pride myself in giving my clients the best service and most information available to allow them to make the right decisions.
